The Global Earth Observations System of Systems (GEOSS) Architecture Implementation Pilot 3 (AIP-3) process is moving forward rapidly. The next step is submission of brief preliminary proposal or “kick off” responses to the AIP-3 process. The application template and the description of the Water Related scenerios are provided here.
