Senior Data Scientist/Engineer at the NASA JPL Physical Oceanography DAAC. I support physical measurements of the worlds oceans using satellite data and their use in research and applied science investigations. I work on issues of data and metadata models, interoperability, improved autonomous data understanding, and dataset accuracy and validation. Besides supporting the Documentation Cluster in ESIP, I have been involved with a number of other activities including the Group for High Resolution Sea Surface Temperature Project, NASA MEaSUReS and DECISIONS tasks, and the NASA Standards Process Group.
