Developing an Online Gateway to Navigate USGS Coastal Science

The Discovery Cluster invites you to the November Discovery Cluster Telecon, where Erika Lentz and Richard Snell will present their work developing the USGS Coastal Science Navigator. This will be of interest to ESIP Community members who are practitioners of or want to learn about user centered design, and the implementation of UX design principles. UX design is a core theme of the ESIP Discovery Cluster, and this follows on a presentation at the 2024 ESPIS Summer meeting where Brad Andrick gave a lesson on User Experience for Search and Discovery, including identifying and understanding users, and wireframe techniques such as UI patterns.
